Breaking down barriers to life science careers.

Blueprint is proud to be a partner to Project Onramp, an organization driving important advancement for the life sciences community. Approximately 20 students have joined the Blue Crew through Project Onramp over the past few years, and we are incredibly grateful for their contributions to our organization. These students bring their unique lived experiences and a diversity of perspectives, enabling us to deliver for patients with cancer and mast cell disorders and make our community stronger. We look forward to continuing our partnership with Project Onramp and support their work in addressing the systemic barriers that students from under-resourced communities experience.

In my summer internship with Project Onramp, I gained a deeper understanding of my strengths and weaknesses. Moreover, I had the realization that stepping out of one's comfort zone is one of the greatest things you can do in life. It was a way to grow professionally, while exploring a career in biotech at the same time!

Opening new career possibilities for talented students will not only increase diversity in our industry, but also enhance the ability of life science companies to deliver innovative solutions to address the needs of historically underserved patient populations.
